North Georgia Athletic Fund Announces Board of Directors
DAHLONEGA - The University of North Georgia athletic department has announced the inaugural Board of Directors for the newly created North Georgia Athletic Fund (NGAF). The NGAF was founded in 2024 as an ambitious and comprehensive fundraising initiative that supports the institutional goal of building the most competitive and value-added NCAA Division II program in the country.
The NGAF leadership is comprised of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee which aims to introduce new initiatives, benefits and experiences for all alumni, fans, and friends who support the Nighthawks philanthropically.
The 2024-25 NGAF Board of Directors includes: Sally Bell, Charles Cole, Hilary Cox, Tony DaSilva, Bruce Hoffman, David Jordan, Neil Krock, Jake Martin, John McCrary, Taylor Merritt, Jim Montgomery, Scott Morkem, Lindsay Reeves and Adam Smith.
The Board of Directors is led by the NGAF Executive Committee which includes:

Secretary/ Major Gifts & Corporate Sponsor Committee Chair -- Jonathan Collins

The NGAF focuses on the culture of giving in support of Nighthawk excellence. Stakeholders who chose to give beyond introductory levels will experience a heightened level of stewardship and VIP opportunities. The NGAF also focuses on annual giving to the athletics fund in addition to sport-specific giving. The NGAF benefits have expanded to include official team apparel, event hospitality, premium experiences and reserved parking.
