This Week In Nighthawk Athletics: April 8
DAHLONEGA – For the first time in 18 days, the No. 2 University of North Georgia softball team returns home to Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium at Lynn Cottrell Park to headline the home events in Dahlonega this week. The Nighthawks will face Alabama Huntsville for a doubleheader on Wednesday, Apr. 10 with game one beginning at 1 p.m.
While not taking place on campus, the University of North Georgia women's golf team is hosting the 2nd Annual Bracket Challenge this week. The Nighthawks will compete with six other universities in the two day event beginning Monday, Apr. 7. It all takes place at Chimney Oaks Golf Club in Homer, Ga.

- This Week In Nighthawk Athletics: April 15DAHLONEGA – With a Sunday afternoon match completing the athletic events this week for the University of North Georgia No. 10 men's tennis and No. 3 women's tennis programs, the Nighthawks will celebrate Senior Day at the UNG Tennis Complex at Yahoola Creek against Georgia College. The match is set for Sunday, Apr. 21 at 2 p.m. as the two programs led by head coach Kent Norsworthy will honor their seven combined seniors against the Bobcats.
