Ranger Challenge team to compete at Sandhurst April 16-17

The University of North Georgia's (UNG) Ranger Challenge team will compete April 16-17 in the Sandhurst Military Skills Competition at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. UNG earned consecutive ROTC titles and top-four finishes at Sandhurst in 2018 and 2019. The team seemed on track to continue that streak when it swept the top two spots at the October 2019 Spartan Ranger Challenge to earn two spots at Sandhurst 2020, which was later canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This week, UNG will compete against 25 U.S. Military Academy teams, 15 other ROTC programs and three U.S. service academies.
