DAHLONEGA -- No. 10 University of North Georgia (UNG) women's basketball graduate forward Emily Trushel has been named as the Peach Belt Conference Player of the Week the league office announced Monday afternoon.

Trushel posted a career-high scoring performance in No. 10 UNG's largest conference win of the season 91-54 over USC Beaufort on Saturday.

She dropped 33 points against the Sand Sharks on 14 shots in just 25 minutes played.
