DAHLONEGA – Projected severe winter weather in the northeast Georgia region has forced the University of North Georgia (UNG) to make a date modification to this weekend's Peach Belt Conference basketball doubleheader. UNG campus operations will be closed on Friday and Saturday with all activities canceled and offices closed.
Originally scheduled for Saturday (Jan. 11), the men's and women's games have been pushed to Monday (Jan. 13). The new game times will feature a 5:30 p.m tipoff for the women followed by a 7:30 p.m. start for the men's game. Fans are encouraged to keep checking game schedules on UNGAthletics.com and all Nighthawk social media channels for up-to-the-minute updates regarding scheduled events, game times and to purchase tickets.
