- Nighthawk Tennis Programs Honored By ITA With Five 2024 Southeast Region Award WinnersDAHLONEGA – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association has announced the regional award winners for the 2024 NCAA Division II men's and women's tennis season. The University of North Georgia men's and women's teams each earned all-region acclaim from the ITA.

At 22-1 this season, CSU handed UNG its only loss of the year back in April. However, The Nighthawks got the last laugh, taking down the Cougars in a thrilling 4-3 victory at the UNG Tennis Complex at Yahoola Creek.

The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) No. 3 Nighthawks used four singles wins against No. 8 Flagler to take down the Saints 4-2 and seal UNG's first PBC Tournament title in program history.
