SCHEDULE CHANGE: Road Basketball Doubleheader at Georgia Southwestern Postponed
DAHLONEGA – Projected severe winter weather for Thursday in Americus, Ga. has forced the University of North Georgia (UNG) and Georgia Southwestern (GSW) to make a date modification to this week's Peach Belt Conference basketball doubleheader.
Originally scheduled for Wednesday (Jan. 22), the men's and women's games were pushed to Thursday (Jan. 23) early this week. The decision has been made by both schools to reschedule to doubleheader even further due to recent inclement conditions in the region. The new date has been set for Monday, Feb. 17.
The games will keep the originally scheduled times with a 5:30 p.m tip off for the women followed by a 7:30 p.m. start for the men's game.
Fans are encouraged to keep checking game schedules on UNGAthletics.com and all Nighthawk social media channels for up-to-the-minute updates regarding scheduled events, game times and more.
